WWE: Phoenix addresses why so many Divas have left WWE
Former WWE women's wrestler Beth Phoenix said she thinks "timing" is the central issue that has led to a wave of Divas leave WWE the past two years.

I think it just timed out that way because lots of times with the girls there is a window of opportunity and a lot of the girls that left kind of came in at the same time. The womens division there are so few of us, you can only see me wrestle Kelly so many times," Phoenix told Arda Ocal of The Score in a new interview.

Asked if she is officially retired from pro wrestling or is simply taking a break, Phoenix classified her status as being content if she does not return to wrestling, but open to opportunities that intrigue her.

I never wanted to be that person who said, 'Ill never come back, Im retired, Im done,' and then in a couple of years get the itch," Phoenix said. "I havent said Ill never ever be back because I dont know what opportunity will come up that Ill find to be really awesome.
